Workshops
Saratoga Arts, Saratoga Springs, 3/31/26, 6:00-7:00 PM
Step into a yoga practice surrounded by the creativity of art. This all-levels flow takes place right inside the art gallery, where the colors, textures, and quiet hum of the space set the tone for a slower, more intentional class. We’ll move through mindful sequences inspired by the pieces around us, pausing to breathe, soften, and let the artwork shape our focus.

Expect gentle vinyasa, grounding stretches, and a meditative finish that leaves you feeling centered, refreshed, and a little more connected to the creative energy in the room.

Bring your mat, your curiosity, and get ready to flow among the 120-degree Intercollegiate Exhibition artwork.

Zoom, Wednesdays in April from 8:30-9:30am
Are you anxious in relationships, quick to criticize yourself and others, or holding on to past hurts? In this warm group setting, I will guide us through the traditional lovingkindness meditation, where we actively cultivate feelings of compassion and kindness for ourselves, those we love, those we don't know, those who challenge us, and finally, all beings everywhere. When practiced over time, it can help calm your inner critic, reduce relational anxiety, and connect more authentically with yourself and others. No prior meditation experience is needed—just a desire to feel more ease, warmth, and confidence in your relationships.

Saratoga Arts, Saratoga Springs, 5/4/26, 6:00-9:00 PM
In this three-hour intensive, poet, journalist, and therapist Natalli Amato will guide participants on a journey of self-expression using poetry as the medium. Together, we will begin by reading and discussing poems by masters of the craft. Students will be led through a guided meditation intended to connect the heart center and instill confidence in expressing one's truth.

The rest of the workshop will be dedicated to writing our own poetry, guided by prompts inspired to help us hone our unique tone, style, and identity on the page. There will be time to share and discuss our work together.

No previous writing experience is needed for the workshop. Just come with an open mind and heart! Students are asked to bring a blank journal and writing utensils with them to class.
