In my clinical practice, I work with adults across all stages of life who are ready experience empowerment and peace.

Together, we focus on identifying and healing the root experiences driving present-day challenges so you can move forward and feel "unstuck." I use evidence-based modalities, including EMDR and the Gottman Method.

As an EMDR therapist, I help clients safely reprocess past traumas so they no longer feel overwhelming or defining. EMDR allows the nervous system to integrate what happened in the past, so you are free create lasting shifts in how you see yourself and relate to others.

As a couples therapist, I help people learn healthy, research-backed ways of communicating and managing conflict informed by the Gottman Method. I take a warm, collaborative approach to sessions, helping couples build trust and strengthen intimacy in the process.

Whether I'm working with couples or individuals, a focal point of my practice includes integrating mindfulness and self-compassion into sessions.

A key part of my own journey has been my yoga practice. I am a 200 hour bhakti yoga teacher, teaching at Yoga Mandali and the Hot Yoga Spot in Saratoga Springs. Outside of therapy, I offer private yoga sessions for individuals and groups. In addition to weekly classes, I also lead workshops across the North Country region and beyond.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking in the high peaks, gardening, and being involved in the community. I've written four books of poetry, the most recent being North Wind, which was shortlisted for the Eric Hoffer Book Award. As a journalist, I've written for Rolling Stone, VICE, Spirituality & Health Magazine, U.S. NEWS, Her Agenda, Saratoga Living, and others.

As I work toward licensure, I am practicing under the supervision of Diana Palmer, LMFT.
